Isaacs Ridge Repeater Update

A visit to the Isaacs Ridge repeater site on Friday revealed the DMR repeater had suffered some sort of hardware failure of the radio side, as well as a corrupt SD Card on the Pi-Star MMDVM modem.  The repeater has been removed and is being looked at.  We don’t think the hardware failure is serious, and at this time we hope to have the repeater back operational within 2-3 weeks.

The IRLP/Echolink node on the 439.950 MHz repeater was also rebooted and came back online.  It had failed due to an issue in the upstream IRLP support services a little while ago. The repeater itself is fine.

The D-Star repeater is still suffering from interferences with the Internet link, which seems to affect D-Star more than anything else.  D-Star is, however, usable and the repeater is operational.
